Spring Hill sits about 30 miles south of Nashville, and the county line runs straight through town. Most of the city falls in Maury County. The north end, above the line, sits in Williamson County. Spring Hill grew outward faster than the city sewer mains could follow. Homes near Main Street and June Lake Boulevard tie into the collection system.
